Municipal market and other facilities at Vilassar de Mar

Construction of a multifunctional building where different uses are combined: public parking, market and commercial area, administrative building, offices and residential. In addition, the works are completed with the urbanization of the environment next to the buildings.

The works to be carried out occupy a central complete island of the town of Vilassar de Mar, delimited by Narcís Monturiol St., Montevideo Ave., Picasso Street and Mossèn Joan Rebull street.

It should be noted that within the complex there are planned two residential buildings connected by a communal parking area. The project plans the complete construction of the building on Narcís Monturiol Street, while it only includes the partial construction of the other. That is, the most part of the residential building at Picasso Street belongs to a private developer.

The scope of action includes a total constructed area of 14,971.79 m2.
